Chicago Reclaim are thin brick veneers that have been cut from antique brick recycled from old buildings. These brick typically come from old factories and other commercial buildings that are often over 100 years old. The brick are salvaged and cleaned following demoliton and then sent to us for re-sale as full brick or for slicing into thin veneer. The brick is typically a range of soft pinks and yellow tones with rounded corners and a smooth texture. Since the source for these items varies over time, brick brick from various batches can be quite different in terms of colour, texture and size. It is best to see the actual current stock in person before making a purchase.
