Mason's Masonry Supply has an opening on its customer service teamWe are looking for a hardworking sales professional to provide front line customer service and sales order processing in our active customer service department. Since a large part of this job involves dealing directly with cistomers, good communication skills and desire to provide excellent customer service are essential. The position involves handling general enquiries from the public as well as dealing with existing customers to facilitate their requirements in an efficient manner.

The successful applicant will work together with other members of our sales team as well as customer service and shipping personal to ensure a high level of overall service to our customers. In general, the successful applicant will ensure that customers receive professional sales assistance and service during all of their dealings with us.

REQUIREMENTS

° Ability to do basic mathematical calculations in order to work out quantity requirements and pricing for customers

° An effective communicator who takes the time to listen

° A person who values integity, is responsive and has a strong desire to help customers

° team-oriented, extremely motivated and also able to work as part of a team as well as being independently self-directed when required

 

Preferences:

Experience within the brick, masonry or similar industry preferred.

Fluency in English is an absolute necessity but ability to speak Mandarin as a second language would be preferred.
