Entry Level Architectural Project Co-Ordinator

Mason's Masonry Supply has an opening on its stone fabrication design team. We are looking for a hardworking project co-ordinator to work in our design office as well as on construction sites and in our saw shop to help produce custom cut stone for our clients.  This job involves computer drafting and the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years experience at work or in school using AutoCAD or MasterCAM software.

Mason's Masonry Supply is a leading player in the construction industry in Toronto having been a respected supplier of masonry products to both residential and commercial projects for over 50 years. Needless to say we are well established and can provide you with the support and training you need to be successful.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education ~ High-School Diploma with 4 years drafting minimum.  College education (in part or full) in the fields of Architecture or Construction.
  • Computer Aptitude ~ MS Office (Word & Excel), E-Mail, overall ease of learning new programs
  • Minimum of 2 years Computer Drafting Experience (AutoCAD or MasterCAM) at work or in school
    • Note: We use the MasterCAM drafting program extensively and will train you with this program.
  • Some Mechanical Aptitude ~ Must be comfortable within a working shop environment
  • Attention to Detail 
  • Valid Drivers’ license
  • Candidate must be well organized, able to work in a variety of situations and able to adapt to the changing workplace

Preferences:


Experience within the brick, masonry or similar industry preferred by not essential.
